In 2024 we are expecting foals from our own stallions as well as Air Jordan, Ice Man, I’m Special De Muze, Montender, and My Pleasure Z for jumpers and Vivaldi and Fienrich for dressage. We mainly use ET for breeding as our mares are either in competition or are, older retired show mares. We strive to foal out about 15 foals per year.
Hooz Da Kat – 2012 16.1hh Zeno x Tempranillo
Hoozie compets at FEI 1.45m. She is the epitome of the modern sport horse, she is extremely fast, freaky careful and possesses that extra bit of try every time she walks into the show ring. Then back at the barn she is the sweetest, goofiest mare who absolutely loves apples. Lamborghini – 2016 16.3hh Tacorde x Tempranillo
McDavid as she is known around the barn was our #1 draft pick when she was born. She just started her show career in 2023 and finished the year off in the 1.15m. She is out of Elle Carrera who won numerous local GP’s and up to FEI 1.45m. She is a gorgeous, long lined mare who is very careful and naturally quick, with a few more miles she will start to rocked up the levels. McDavid loves to jump but hates to do flat work, she can be a bit of a wild child sometimes, just like her sire. Miss Montreal P – 2017 16.2hh Chapeau TN x Verdi TN
Miss M was purchased, in partnership thru Team Nijhof’s talent sale in 2021. She has been an absolute pleasure to develop and finished 2023 off in the 1.10m jumpers. She jumps in picture perfect form, has a lovely canter and just the right amount of blood. Her dam Haraminka P is currently competing on the Mexican team at 1.60m and her great granddam is non other than Minka’s Diamond who was part of the Dutch team. Olis Paola – 2019 16.2hh Verdi TN x Warrant
Olis was purchased thru the Team Nijhof talent sale in 2021 and then was bred to Grandorado TN in Holland before being imported in the winter of 2022. She foaled out an outstanding, premium Westf colt and is now getting started under saddle. We are excited for her sport career as well as the offspring that we will produce via embryo transfer. Her dam currently competes at 1.35m and although her mother-line is quite small there are already several 1.40m plus jumpers, including another Verdi daughter who competes at the 1.60m level.
Wilanka – 2003 17.1hh Orion Fortuna x Casimir
We are fortunate to have the wonderful Wilanka in our broodmare band. She was very successfully ridden by Alex Grayton all the way up to the 1.60m level. From Alex’s accounts she was extremely ridable yet still very careful with just the perfect amount of blood and always tried her heart out in the ring. Out of the ring and as a retired queen, she is an absolute puppy dog, and loves her scratches and treats. Her oldest offspring that we have foaled out was born in 2021 and looks to have all of her mothers good qualities.
